YTWP has only two regular batches that is – Morning and evening. You will be registered in the regular batch as per your morning/evening preference.
New members will be given special assistance during the class to keep up pace with other members. Within a week or two, you will be able to grasp the pace of class and give your best in your practice.
The normal flow of the class is – demonstration of new posture (by instructor) x 2 repeats by members. Members do the first repeat with the instructor so that they can see and learn and in the second repeat you will be given corrections for your postures.

We at YTWP follow a program called as “Being Aware Program”. In this program you will be entitled to get a diet tip and a body awareness tip every monday - which you are required to follow throughout the week.

Ofcourse you can, it is a slow and a long term process. You need to couple up your practice with controlled intake of your diet. This will help you loose weight faster. While weight loss in kgs will happen you will notice a lot of toning of your body during your practice

Your Yoga sessions for a month will cost you Rs.1000/- which equals to one online consultation with your doctor . Make right choices. Yes, you have to pay as you start your sessions.

Your monthly classes start from your joining date. Your joining date will decide your billing cycle. Pls record your date as we will seldom bother you with reminders .

Your postures have been planned on weekly basis. What you do on this monday will be repeated on next monday. Depending on the pace of the class - new asanas will be introduced every month. A monthly schedule of postures will be shared with you to keep you aligned with your practice.

Your feedback holds the ultimate value. You may anytime write us feedback. However, as registered members you are entitled for one to one “Review Sessions” with the instructor - which happen in 4th week of your practice.

1st week - your body will be sore and you may experience pain in your muscles - which is a good pain as it shows you are practicing well and giving your best.


2nd week - you will get used to the instructions and start concentrating on every step in the postures.


3rd week - you will be more comfortable with you practice and start feeling fresh and energetic.

4th week - you are now ready to begin your yoga journey and start giving your best in every asana.

At YTWP you have an option of Flexi classes, you can opt to choose your batch and inform us beforehand.

It is a strong recommendation to be regular in your practice as this is just 4% of your entire lifetime you are spending on maintaining yourself. We feel sorry to say that no such provision to adjust your fees over your classes exists.
