This venture was initiated to share the endless benefits one can gain through the regular practice of Yoga, Pranayama and through our Being Aware Program.
At YTWP, we don’t limit Yoga as just a fitness regime, but rather treat it as a wholesome mind-body workout, which is effective and achievable. That’s why we follow the Ashtanga form of Yoga, as it’s a strenuous workout, but also focuses on breathing, poses and mediation.

My journey as a Yoga Instructor began 10 years ago after I completed the Instructor Certification course from Kaivalyadham, Lonavala.
However, even before that, I had been a regular Yoga practitioner for years. I could see the immense positive changes consistent practise had brought me. It built my strength and willpower and has been helping me manage Type 1 Diabetes.
Yoga and Pranayama practice even aided in improving my concentration and focus and relieving stress while I pursued a PhD, and as I continued working as a Visual Merchandiser.
Yoga has also been a great supporter to me even through pregnancy. The regular practice kept me active, positive and healthy for my twin boys.
I have been experiencing immeasurable advantages simply by maintaining a regular Yoga practising schedule, and that was my idea behind YTWP too. I wanted to give back to the community by introducing the power and beauty of Yoga to as many people as I can. I want to share because I can.

I’m so glad I get to learn different kinds of pranayama and whenever I can remember I try practicing them too. The effects are super amazing. I really love these yoga classes, other than mental and physical fitness, at times it reminds me of school days, when no class bunking without valid reasons, shavaashana after good 40 minutes exercise feels like recess time and the best part is on Friday evening when Prachi says guys tomorrow is your will deserved break, it gives same kick when teacher used to say Kids tomorrow is Holiday.
Dear Prachi, Wanted to share my experience and changes in me since last last 2 abd 1/2 months.. I dropped almost 5 pounds and 3 inches each around waist and hips since I started yoga class. I was struggling to loss those inches since 8-9 months. I was exercising last 8-9 months. ( 2-3 days 45-50 mins walk) l lost almost 6 pounds but not inches around my waist n hips!! But the yoga classes made lots of changes- reduction in weight, reduction in inches, building strength and feeling light.. You teach the technique very well, your instructions helps a lot.. and off course you enthusiasm and energy keeps us motivated!! You are doing an awesome job!! Keep it up!!
You keep me motivated and always encourage me to give my best.. not just in yoga class Bt also u wr same in collage as well... Day starts with your positive vibe so all day a positive vibe is there.. if I miss the class all day it feels like something is missing. Due to some problems am not able to attend the class regularly so cn feel the difference comparing with my last month’s performance Bt will try to be regular.
