About Us
YogaTimeWithPrachi is a Live Online Yoga Class conducted on weekdays. This way, people can access the sessions from anywhere in the world, and never miss a session!
This venture was initiated to share the endless benefits one can gain through the regular practice of Yoga, Pranayama and through our Being Aware Program.
At YTWP, we don’t limit Yoga as just a fitness regime, but rather treat it as a wholesome mind-body workout, which is effective and achievable. That’s why we follow the Ashtanga form of Yoga, as it’s a strenuous workout, but also focuses on breathing, poses and mediation.
