About Us

What is YTWP?

YogaTimeWithPrachi is a Live Online Yoga Class that is conducted all weekdays. We offer regular classes for individual members and corporate programs.

At YTWP we follow the traditional form of Ashtanga Yoga, and the focus of all sessions is to teach the correct techniques to all practitioners. The classes are planned meticulously to address the most common health problems and conditions caused by the lifestyle.

About Prachi

Know Your Instructor

My journey as a Yoga Instructor began 10 years ago after I completed the Instructor Certification course from Kaivalyadham, Lonavala.

However, even before that, I had been a regular Yoga practitioner for years. I could see the immense positive changes consistent practise had brought me. It built my strength and willpower and has been helping me manage Type 1 Diabetes.

Yoga and Pranayama practice even aided in improving my concentration and focus and relieving stress while I pursued a PhD, and as I continued working as a Visual Merchandiser.

Yoga has also been a great supporter to me even through pregnancy. The regular practice kept me active, positive and healthy for my twin boys.

I have been experiencing immeasurable advantages simply by maintaining a regular Yoga practising schedule, and that was my idea behind YTWP too. I wanted to give back to the community by introducing the power and beauty of Yoga to as many people as I can. I want to share because I can.

When you practice at YTWP you are sure to experience a deep sense of awareness. At, YogaTimeWithPrachi, it is my endeavor to assist members to create more awareness in their lives which will eventually improve your Yoga practice. Every week, members will get important practical tips to be followed and observed throughout the entire week, which will be a cornerstone for your Healthy Lifestyle.
At YogaTimeWithPrachi, I am pleased to offer you a “Free Trial Class”. Your conviction is important for me. Try a class before you decide to join. You also enjoy “Flexi Classes” at YTWP, you may opt for any batch whether morning or evening depending upon your time schedule, and never miss a class.
You are eligible for “Review Sessions” post 3 weeks of regular practice. One-to-one live interaction with the instructor to understand your practice and progress.
